Build an Agent

author → validate → private install → test on Hermes → publish or list
checking the Hermes runtime…
What this actually creates
A portable, immutable JSON package that defines an agent's name, persona, instructions, visual identity, license, and bounded Hermes capabilities. Saving it creates a runnable private install on your account. Test it here, then publish or list it in the separate Agent Marketplace. Packages cannot contain executable code, read secrets, use wallets, sign, spend, deploy, or message outsiders. A sale gives the buyer their own install; you keep yours.
